1. 規約への同意
Mattermost Deckをインストールまたは利用することで、本利用規約に同意したものとみなされます。 同意できない場合は、拡張機能を利用しないでください。
2. サービスの性質
Mattermost Deckは、Mattermost Webへ監視向けマルチペインワークスペースを追加するChrome拡張です。 Mattermost本体、Mattermostサーバー、またはそれらの運用を提供・管理するものではありません。
Mattermost Deckは現状有姿（as-is）かつ提供可能な範囲（as-available）で、 明示または黙示の保証なく提供されます。
3. 利用者の責任
利用者は、次の事項について責任を負います。
- 本番環境で利用する前に、自身のMattermost環境との互換性を確認すること
- 所属組織のセキュリティ、ソフトウェア利用、データ管理ポリシーを遵守すること
- 必要な権限を管理者から取得し、設定するMattermostサーバーURLが正しいことを確認すること
- 不正利用、法令違反、第三者の権利侵害を目的として利用しないこと
4. トークンと認証情報
不必要に強い権限を持つMattermost Personal Access Tokenを保存しないでください。 トークンを使用する場合は、用途に必要な最小限の権限を持つものを選び、 漏えいが疑われる場合はMattermost側で失効・再発行してください。
永続PAT保存のクライアント側暗号化は平文保存を避けるための補助であり、 端末やブラウザプロファイル自体が侵害された場合の完全な保護を保証しません。
5. 互換性、更新、提供変更
Mattermost、Chrome、サーバー設定、組織ポリシーの変更により、拡張機能の一部または全部が 動作しなくなる場合があります。開発者は互換性の維持に努めますが、すべてのバージョンや構成での動作を保証しません。
機能、対応環境、配布方法は、品質・セキュリティ・保守上の理由により予告なく変更または終了する場合があります。
6. オープンソースライセンス
Mattermost Deckのソースコードは GitHub で公開され、 MIT License の条件で利用できます。ソースコードの利用には同ライセンスが適用されます。
7. 保証の否認と責任の制限
法令で認められる最大限の範囲で、開発者は商品性、特定目的への適合性、権利非侵害、 可用性、正確性、データ保全を含む一切の保証を行いません。
開発者は、Mattermost Deckの利用または利用不能から生じるデータ損失、業務中断、 逸失利益、間接・特別・結果的損害について、予見可能性を知らされていた場合でも責任を負いません。 強行法規により制限できない責任には、その法規が適用されます。
8. 本規約の変更
本規約は、機能、配布、法令または運用の変更に応じて更新する場合があります。 重要な変更を行った場合は、このページの最終更新日を変更します。 更新後も利用を継続した場合、更新後の規約に同意したものとみなされます。

1. Acceptance
By installing or using Mattermost Deck, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the extension.
2. Nature of the service
Mattermost Deck is a Chrome extension that adds a monitoring-oriented multi-pane workspace to Mattermost Web. It does not provide or administer Mattermost itself, a Mattermost server, or the operation of that server.
Mattermost Deck is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without express or implied warranties.
3. User responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Validating compatibility with your Mattermost environment before production use
- Following your organization's security, software use, and data management policies
- Obtaining required administrative permission and confirming the configured Mattermost server URL
- Not using the extension for unlawful activity, abuse, or infringement of third-party rights
4. Tokens and credentials
Do not store unnecessarily privileged Mattermost Personal Access Tokens. If you use a token, choose one with the minimum permissions needed and revoke or replace it through Mattermost if compromise is suspected.
Client-side encryption for optional persistent PAT storage helps avoid plain-text storage but does not guarantee complete protection if the device or browser profile is compromised.
5. Compatibility, updates, and availability
Changes to Mattermost, Chrome, server configuration, or organizational policy may cause some or all extension features to stop working. The developer may work to maintain compatibility but does not guarantee operation across every version or configuration.
Features, supported environments, and distribution methods may change or end without notice for quality, security, or maintenance reasons.
6. Open-source license
Mattermost Deck source code is available on GitHub under the MIT License. Use of the source code is governed by that license.
7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer disclaims warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and data integrity.
The developer is not liable for data loss, business interruption, lost profits, or indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from use of or inability to use Mattermost Deck, even if advised that such damage was foreseeable. Mandatory liability that cannot be limited by applicable law remains subject to that law.
8. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated to reflect changes in features, distribution, law, or operation. Material changes will update the date shown on this page. Continued use after an update indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
